The links within this section of the website will take you to the software we have developed to model the distributions of malaria parasites and of inherited blood disorders, and we also explain our modelling approach.
The posterior predictive distributions (PPDs) generated by our modelling work are often of use to expert modellers (mathematicians, statisticians and so on) to input in their own models or to help validate their own work. The PPDs for the following models are freely available on request:
- Plasmodium falciparum endemicity 2010
- Entomological innoculation rate (P. falciparum, 2010)
- Reproductive number under control (P. falciparum, 2010)
If you would like to receive the PPD for any of the above models, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the model you are interested in. The PPDs are large files which we typically post on a DVD so we will need your postal address.
