The links within this section of the website will take you to the software we have developed to model the distributions of malaria parasites and of inherited blood disorders, and we also explain our modelling approach.
The posterior predictive distributions (PPDs) for the following models are freely available on request:
- Plasmodium falciparum endemicity 2010
- Entomological innoculation rate (P. falciparum, 2010)
- Reproductive number under control (P. falciparum, 2010)
If you would like to receive the PPD for any of the above models, please email map@zoo.ox.ac.uk with details of the model you are interested in. The PPDs are large files which we typically post on a DVD.
